PRESS RELEASE July 30, 2002 Stockholm, Sweden

MobileWizardry in association with the Handheld Media Group Inc. and Palm Nordic has now completed the first demo coding competition for the PalmOS® Platform. Developers all around the world were invited to program "demos" - to show off their technical and artistic skills; aimed specifically for an embedded system as available in the Palm m505 handheld device; and, the results are in!

Submissions from all over the world were received, in different forms, themes and sizes. A total of 25 finalists were selected to compete for the major prize pool, consisting of a Palm m515, Palm m130, Kyocera QCP 6035 and the recently announced Sony NR70 and various other software tidbits provided by sponsors.
